Shipping and Handling
Charges below cover regular shipping and handling for delivery in the contiguous U.S. Most orders of in-stock items are shipped out within 5 business days (orders received between Saturday and end of day Thursday will usually ship on Friday). If you need your order to ship earlier, include this information in the Special Instructions area at check-out. Since most orders are shipping within Massachusetts, they will arrive in 1 business day.

Order Processing
In an effort to keep operating costs at -0-, we will only be able to ship in-stock items within the shipping matrix above. If an item is out of stock, the customer will be contacted via email regarding the status of the out-of-stock item. There are 3 options: 1) to hold the order until the item is in stock and ship the order together, or 2) to ship the item separately when it is in stock with additional shipping per the rates above, or 3) to cancel the item. Every effort will be made to fulfill orders with minimal delay or cost to the customer.
Returns and Exchanges
The store is self-funding and every effort is being made to keep the custom product pricing and shipping rates low. As a result, returns for credit will not be offered. All sales are FINAL. We will however make every attempt to service every order. If necessary, we will exchange for another size or item in order to provide an acceptable solution to the customer. If you have any concerns or questions, please use the Contact Us option and we will work with you.
Sizing
Helpful sizing information is included on each product's description page. If you need further specifications about an item, use the Contact Us option and we will respond.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change as availability and pricing from manufacturers sometimes varies.
Payment
All payments are via credit card and will appear as "Brookwood School" on your credit card statement. Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover are accepted.
Claims
Please make claims for errors, lost or damaged goods within 10 days of the order. Use the Contact Us option on the website.
